Sign for a Mental Health Law

Having a mental health law in Argentina is of utmost urgency and importance, as many people suffer from panic disorders or anxiety crises, and health insurance companies do not cover psychological or psychiatric treatments for free. Panic disorder or anxiety crises affect 9 out of 10 people, many of whom are unaware of their condition or do not want to talk about it. There is no adequate assistance for this pathology, which puts many individuals at risk and contributes to the increase in suicides.

If you help me with your signature, we can request health insurance companies to provide free treatments for those who suffer from this disorder, as well as for other individuals who do not have medical coverage. Public institutions, which have waiting lists of several months, also have the right to be attended to. These mental illnesses can be treated and prevent further problems or even prevent a person from feeling trapped and deciding to take their own life.

Please, I urge our nation to approve the mental health law immediately.
